AH remains committed to maintaining the service standards that have earned us independent recognition for over a decade.
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ | November 2026 – Association Headquarters (AH) has successfully renewed its Platinum Certified Customer Service Organization status through October 2029 following an independent, in-person assessment by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA).
AH remains the only association management company (AMC) to hold this distinction, reinforcing its longstanding commitment to service excellence across the organizations it supports.
The recertification continues a history of independently recognized customer service at AH. The company became the first AMC to achieve Certified Customer Service Organization status in 2015 and has maintained Platinum certification since 2016.
An Independent Standard for Service Excellence
The CSIA certification program evaluates organizations against the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS), a framework that assesses how an organization's strategy, systems, people, and processes support effective customer service.
Platinum certification represents the highest designation within CSIA's organizational certification program and recognizes an established commitment to service excellence.
AH completed its latest recertification audit on October 7, 2026, at its Mount Laurel headquarters. The assessment included nine hours of meetings with employees and independent CSIA auditors, examining the organization's customer service practices and commitment to maintaining established standards.
What This Means for AH's Client Partners
For associations and professional societies, the quality of everyday service directly influences how members, volunteers, certificants, and other stakeholders experience their organization.
Whether someone is renewing their membership, registering for an event, navigating a certification process, or seeking assistance, each interaction contributes to their confidence in the association.
As a management partner to nonprofit organizations, AH recognizes the importance of delivering knowledgeable, responsive, and consistent support across these interactions.
Platinum certification provides AH's client partners with independent validation of the standards and practices supporting that work. It reflects an organizational commitment to employee development, established service processes, and continuous evaluation of the customer experience.
These practices help associations maintain strong relationships with their stakeholders while allowing volunteer leaders and executives to focus on advancing their missions and strategic priorities.
A Continued Commitment to Improvement
Maintaining Platinum certification requires ongoing attention to service quality. AH will participate in annual health checks with CSIA through its next recertification cycle in 2029, providing continued opportunities to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
This latest recognition reflects the contributions of employees throughout AH who support client organizations and their communities every day.
As AH continues to grow and support associations across a range of industries and professions, the organization remains committed to maintaining the service standards that have earned independent recognition for over a decade.
