Association Headquarters Expands Mid-Atlantic Presence Through Acquisition of Potomac Management Resources 

The acquisition strengthens resources for existing PMR client partners, creates new opportunities for employees, and expands AH’s ability to help organizations run, grow, and advance their missions.

 

Mount Laurel, NJ – July 15, 2026 – Association Headquarters (AH) announced today the acquisition of Potomac Management Resources (PMR), an association management and consulting firm based in Alexandria, Virginia.

The acquisition expands AH's presence in the Washington metropolitan region while adding PMR's expertise serving professional and trade associations. For PMR clients, the transition provides access to a broader team, expanded capabilities, and additional resources while maintaining the relationships and service they rely on today.

With nearly 50 years of experience serving nonprofit organizations and more than 70 client partners, AH works alongside association leaders as an extension of their team, helping organizations run, grow, and advance their missions.
