At AH, Paul leverages his expertise in business development, innovation, marketing, and growth strategy to drive organizational success for clients. His extensive background spans multiple leadership roles including founder, C-suite executive, CEO, consultant, coach, and fractional Executive Director, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing associations today.

Paul has been featured as a guest expert on leading platforms, including The Nonprofit Show and the Dynamic Decisions podcast, where he shares insights on strategy, leadership, and organizational growth. He has also served as adjunct faculty for Saint Paul College and CAMPUS, and as a guest speaker at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

Paul holds a Master's degree in International Development and dual Bachelor's degrees from American University, a certificate in Leading Innovation from Dartmouth College, and has earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation. His contributions to the association management industry have been recognized with the Rising Star Award from the Community Associations Institute and as a Forty Under 40 honoree by Association Forum & USAE News.
