Lyn Wallington is the Vice President of Delivery Operations and Head of Canadian Operations at Association Headquarters (AH). In her role, Lyn provides operational oversight to drive company-wide growth initiatives, structural change management, and corporate M&A integration frameworks. Partnering closely with the Chief Delivery Officer, she focuses on scaling AH’s operational infrastructure to support continuous innovation, scalable systems, and consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client-facing departments.

With over two decades of senior operational and executive experience, Lyn brings a wealth of expertise in operations, resource allocation, and service delivery.
