Kristy has been a valued member of the Association Headquarters (AH) team for more than 13 years and currently serves as Managing Director of Client Services. In this role, she oversees a diverse portfolio of 30 association clients spanning a wide range of professions and industries. Kristy partners closely with AH clients to provide strategic guidance, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive sustainable organizational growth.

With more than 20 years of nonprofit management experience, Kristy brings deep expertise in strategic planning, membership development, financial management, consensus building, advocacy, certification, and standards development. Her breadth of experience enables her to support associations at every stage of their lifecycle, from governance and operations to long-term strategy.

During her tenure at Association Headquarters, Kristy has also held executive leadership roles for several AH client partners, including serving as CEO of the Restoration Industry Association and Executive Director of NADCA, the HVAC Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Association, and the Nurses Organization of Veterans Affairs (NOVA). Her hands-on leadership experience strengthens her ability to anticipate client needs and deliver impactful, results-driven solutions.
