Anthony Cassano serves as Chief Financial Officer at Association Headquarters, where he leads the organization’s financial strategy, operations, and long-term planning initiatives. In this role, he partners with executive leadership to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and continued value delivery for AH’s association clients.

Anthony brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across SaaS, technology-enabled services, payments, and private equity–backed organizations. Prior to joining Association Headquarters, he served as Head of Portfolio Finance at Lateral Investment Management, overseeing financial performance, forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics across a diverse portfolio of high-growth companies.

Earlier in his career, Anthony held senior finance and FP&A leadership roles at Greenway Health, ACI Worldwide, and General Electric, where he worked closely with executive teams to improve financial visibility, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and align financial strategy with organizational goals.

Anthony was a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio and holds a Master of Science from the University of Notre Dame, combining deep technical expertise with a strategic, hands-on leadership approach. He is known for building trust with leadership teams, boards, and stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven decision-making.

Outside of work, Anthony is an avid Cleveland sports fan and enjoys reading, staying active, and supporting his children in their activities alongside his wife, Kimberly.
