The National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) had an overextended budget for the last two years. While the board was focused on controlling expenses and working toward a balanced budget, members and volunteers were unclear on why their requests for more expensive online tools, speakers, and events were being rejected.

NAPO used AH's graphic design team to create an annual report to paint a more comprehensive picture of the breadth of NAPO’s committees, programs, membership profile, and financial picture.
