While we were moving offices, we did a lot of purging here at AH. One thing we couldn't get rid of before sharing with all of you was an old issue of Headquarters Headlines from 1998! Sometimes we forget that the times have changed and we haven't always used computers, cell phones, and other technology. We forget how fast people grow and how far they can go until we stop and look back at where they started.

In honor of the always trending Throwback Thursday, we're going to share a couple fun headlines with you from this 16-year-old issue of our newsletter!

Headquarters Headlines, Spring 1998

Some fun snippets from this issue really prove how far we've come in technology:

"Four new websites, created and managed by AH, premiered on the World Wide Web"

"Websites open up a whole new audience to our clients. Websites enable consumers, as well as industry personnel, to access our associations at any time. The Internet has become an important form of communication in today's society and Association Headquarters is prepared to enter this realm."

"The success of a business depends on its ability to change and adjust with the times. AH did just that by leaping into the future with the Internet."

How times change:

"Felicia Lembesis has been promoted from Receptionist to Administrative Assistant."

Felicia is now a CAE and the Executive Director of AH client partner Medical Dosimetrist

"Robert B. Waller, Jr., CAE, AH Vice President, and his wife Susan celebrated the birth of their first baby, Robert (Bobby) Bradford on April 21, 1997."

Bobby interned with us this summer and is now in his senior year of high school!

Do you remember where you were in 1998? How far have you come?
