The Philadelphia Inquirer Names Association Headquarters a 2019 Top Workplace in the Delaware Valley
Association Headquarters (AH) has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer. This is the third time AH has been named a Top Workplace. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
“Having our own employees consistently rate our company so highly is the icing on this award,” said President and CEO Bob Waller, Jr., CAE. “AH Leadership strive to make this a place that our people are proud to be part of, and others want to be a part of. We remain close to our core values; the principles our company was built upon over 40 years ago – that’s what makes us a top workplace.”
AH has also been named one of the Best Places to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal seven times and is a Platinum Certified Customer Service Organization, as named by the Customer Service Institute of America.
“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
