MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. – February 9, 2012 — AH, a Mt. Laurel, New Jersey-based professional services firm, is pleased to announce a new partner. Michael Dwyer, CAE, has been named as the third owner of AH, where he joins Founder and Chairman, Bill MacMillan, CAE; and President and Chief Executive Officer, Bob Waller, CAE.

“This partnership positions us for the continued growth and future of the company,” said MacMillan, who founded AH in 1978. “Mike’s expertise has helped, and will continue to help, move us forward on a path to success.”

Dwyer will now serve as AH’s Senior Vice President, overseeing the newly blended Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team. This is a cross-functional group composed of the public relations, marketing, sales, creative services, and business development departments. He also serves as the Executive Director of AH’s longest standing client, the Juvenile Products Manufacturer’s Association (JPMA).

“When I came to the company in 2004, I immediately knew that I wanted it to be the last stop in my career, and to be able retire from AH,” said Dwyer. “And now I will have that opportunity.” Dwyer is recognized as a leader among his colleagues, and was the recipient of the 2011 Mid Atlantic Society of Association Executives (MASAE) Points of Light Award, designed to honor an MASAE member who has demonstrated a commitment to his or her community and the needs of others.

Dwyer is an active community volunteer and resident of Shamong, New Jersey, where he serves on the board of trustees for the Shamong Foundation for Education Excellence. He and his wife, Penny, are the proud parents of three children.

“I am very excited about the future of our company, primarily due to the outstanding individuals we have working at AH,” continued Dwyer. “I am humbled by their support and dedication to AH and our client partners.”
