We have something to celebrate! The AH MarCom department has been honored with Gold in the Social Media Presence category in Association TRENDS’ 2012 All-Media Contest. It was one of more than 420 entries in the association publications contest.

Social Media efforts were executed by our Sr. Marketing Manager, Kari Oriolo and Marketing Coordinator, Christine Gessner in partnership with the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). AH was recognized for social media around GO Month, National Preparedness Month and Conference — specifically the new NAPO2013 #GuessWho campaign which debuted the conference keynote speakers through various social media outlets. In addition to creativity, the team was recognized for the 48% growth that NAPO has seen on Facebook and 45% on twitter. 

The TRENDS All Media Contest is an annual competition held exclusively for associations, recognizing the most creative and effective communication vehicles developed in the industry over the prior year. The 2012 competition included more than 420 entries in 22 categories of association communications. 

Our team will be honored at the 34th Annual Salute to Association Excellence to be held Feb. 15, 2013 at the Capital Hilton in Washington DC. The winning entries will be on display at the event. This year’s All-Media Contest winners will be featured in the January issue of TRENDS and online.
