The most recent guest to AH took a trip to the AH Trends Wall while she was here. Susan Sarfati, CAE, formerly of ASAE & The Center, was sure to spend some time soaking in the ideas that are starting to pop on the AH Trends Wall.
Susan chose to add a trend that reads, "Major craving for high touch, personal interaction on a deep level." Do you agree with this trend? Where do you see this desire popping up in your organization?
The world is changing at warped speed and the AH Team is working hard to share thoughts on ideas that they are reading about that will soon change the way we need to interface with our client partners and the members they serve.
