Association Headquarters (AH), a leading association management company dedicated to helping organizations thrive, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Leone as its new President. Robert (Bob) Waller, Jr. will continue in his role as CEO, focusing on the company’s growth strategy and maintaining its culture.

In his previous role at Gen3 Marketing, Leone oversaw all operational functions and delivery practices in three countries, managing a workforce of over two hundred full-time employees. In collaboration with the CEO, he helped shape and implement the company's vision, customer focus/enhancements, value creation strategies, growth plans, and ongoing transformation initiatives. He also created effective team structures, systems, policies, and processes to set the organization on a path to achieving exponential growth. Prior to Gen3 Marketing, Leone held key leadership roles at multiple other professional services companies.
As President at AH, Leone will oversee all operations, ensuring the company continues to deliver best-in-class management solutions, thought leadership, and operational support to its diverse portfolio of client partners. His leadership will play a key role in advancing AH’s vision of strengthening associations, professional societies, and credentialing bodies, and the industries and professions they serve.
