Association Headquarters (AH), a leading association management company, is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Association Executives Group (AEG), a Wisconsin-based association management firm. This strategic acquisition strengthens AH’s position as a global leader in association management and enhances its ability to serve a diverse range of professional and trade organizations from offices in New Jersey, Virginia, Wisconsin and Toronto.

With this acquisition, Association Executives Group will integrate into AH’s operations while maintaining its strong brand, client relationships, and dedicated team. The combined expertise of both companies will drive greater efficiencies, expanded service offerings, and enhanced member engagement strategies for associations worldwide. The company will operate as Association Executives Group, an Association Headquarters Company.

“We are delighted to welcome Association Executives Group into the AH family,” says Bob Waller Jr., CEO of AH. “We are gaining a dedicated team with experience in all disciplines of association management while expanding our current client segments."

Under the leadership of President Denise Harris, Association Executives Group has provided services to associations for over 30 years. Founded as an award-winning boutique marketing firm, AEG has evolved into an AMCI-accredited management company with 15 professionals providing a broad range of services to full-service and hybrid partners.

“Joining forces with Association Headquarters marks an exciting new chapter for Association Executives Group. Our shared commitment to excellence in association management and our common culture ensures that our clients will benefit from expanded resources, enhanced services, and continued personalized support,” commented Denise Harris, President and CEO of AEG. “We look forward to the opportunities this collaboration will bring to our team and the associations we serve.”

The acquisition is the second this year in AH’s long-term growth strategy and commitment to delivering high-impact solutions that support the evolving needs of associations worldwide. In February, AH acquired Managing Matters, a firm based in Toronto, Canada.
