Membership on the board is by invitation only and is based upon members’ personal and professional accomplishments. Mauro is currently completing the certificate program and was asked to join the advisory board due to her professional experience managing AH’s client experiences during her time with the company. The board’s membership comprises a diverse, innovated, and extremely well-connected network of top-flight executives. The program is designed by industry experts and thought leaders for professionals seeking advanced skills in customer experience.
