Association Headquarters is pleased to announce the hiring of Monica Evans-Lombe as its new Director of Client Services and Engagement. The Director of Client Services and Engagement is responsible for leading and managing Account Executives to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service. Evans-Lombe will be responsible for client relationship management for her assigned book of business. This includes developing and executing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention and growth while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Evans-Lombe has over 23 years of industry experience supporting associations—primarily within the Association Management Company (AMC) sector. Evans-Lombe joins AH boasting a rich history of having managed and directed various organizations, each uniquely diverse in size and scope. As a former Executive Director, she has been directly accountable for managing day-to-day operational activities in pursuit of meeting the collective interests of over 12,000 association members.
Holding a BA from the University of Kansas in Public Administration and Business (with an emphasis on non-profits) Evans-Lombe's primary expertise lies in navigating complex roles, developing and executing intricate strategic initiatives and fostering innovation. A visionary leader who has proudly and consistently maintained her Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE—Evans-Lombe also excels at building strong, engaging communities and identifying new partnership and revenue opportunities.
Recognized as one of the "Forty Under 40" recipients by the Association Forum, Evans-Lombe resides in Kansas City, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.
