MT. LAUREL, N.J. – January 26, 2015 — Association Headquarters (AH) is proud to announce that CEO Robert Waller, Jr., CAE, was awarded Customer Service CEO of the Year by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA) and the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO).

“We are extremely proud of Bob and his accomplishment,” said AH Chief Executive Relationship Officer Mike Dwyer, CAE. “Bob is committed to our client partners and our staff, and continuously strives to create an environment that focuses on efficiency, innovation, and improvement, specifically defining customer service as a core value for our company.”

The Customer Service Institute specifically noted Waller’s collaboration with all business lines to develop best practices and to facilitate idea sharing, demonstrating his focus and drive to continuously seek better solutions.

The International Service Excellence Awards are the world’s peak customer service awards with organizations and individuals that excel in service around the globe being nominated in a variety of categories to recognize their commitment to customer service excellence.

“Being exceptional at customer experience delivery is no longer an option if companies wish to remain successful, it is a necessity” said Christine Churchill, Executive Director, Customer Service Institute of America and Vice President of the International Council of Customer Service Organizations. “It is much more challenging to pull away from the pack and go beyond simply ‘good’ service. The 2014 International Service Excellence Award winners demonstrate ways to serve their customers that are relevant for their consumers today.”
