MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. – August 11, 2011 — AH, a Philadelphia area-based professional services firm, is further expanding its partnerships with medical associations through its relationship with a new client partner, the Midwest Nursing Research Society (MNRS).
The MNRS is a professional nursing organization with over 1,300 members who conduct research in all facets of nursing including genetics; addiction and substance abuse; end of life and palliative care; public/community health; and nursing ethics.
MNRS hosts an Annual Research Conference that offers workshops; award and grant presentations; poster presentation forums; exhibits; and other educational opportunities for those in the research nursing community. “The MNRS Board of Directors is very excited about our partnership with AH,” said MNRS President Janet Larson, PhD, RN, FAAN. “With AH’s expertise, MNRS has the resources to facilitate the growth and expansion in new and exciting ways by providing state-of-the-art services to current members, and recruiting younger members and clinically oriented scholars.”
AH’s newest client joins an already impressive list of medical and trade societies, including several nursing and research organizations such as the Dermatology Nurses’ Association (DNA); the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses (AAHFN); and the OsteoArthritis Research Society International (OARSI).
“AH is very pleased to be partnering with such a prestigious society as MNRS,” said AH's President and CEO Bob Waller, CAE. “We look forward to supporting their day-to-day operations, as well as their long-term growth and strategic direction.”
