Program to Launch May 1 with AH as the First Licensee

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. – March 23, 2012 — Association Headquarters (AH), a Mt. Laurel, New Jersey-based professional services firm, announces today a partnership with ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership to launch the certificate program in association management.

AH is the first company in the world to partner with ASAE on this new initiative. The certificate program in association management includes five 1-day courses which can be taken as a group or individually.

The audience for this program is association professionals who want to apply a more systematic approach to their work and improve the success of their organizations. It is designed for those with less than 5 years of association management experience and others who are not yet eligible to sit for the Certified Association Executive (CAE) Exam.

“We are very excited to be collaborating with ASAE in providing this educational offering to the association community,” said AH President and CEO, Bob Waller, CAE. “From the beginning of hearing about this program, we have felt strongly that this aligns with our commitment to be a leader in assisting the next generation of association professionals.”

Sue Pine, CAE, will oversee the program on behalf of AH. Pine is a seasoned association professional with over 30 years of experience in association management. The program will officially launch May 1, 2012, and interested participants will be able to register and find more information by emailing spine@AHredchair.
